Ingredients:
30 g turkey fillet
100 g celery stalks
½ apple
1 butter ball
Several drops lemon juice
½ tea spoon cotton cheese
Instructions:
Fry turkey fillet cut in small parts and apple in butter on a frying-pan. Peel celery stalks and cut in cubicles. Boil in boiling slightly salted water during 10 minutes. Pour off water. Mix with cotton cheese, add several drops lemon juice and serve to turkey with apples. You also can offer your kid celery puree. You can replace turkey with pork.
