The fact of pregnancy itself, as a matter of fact, is a stress for female organism. And what if it is also worsened by external stress factors at work?


Strangely enough, work and stress - are incompatible and inseparable things at the same time. During last time
we hear about stress factors, accompanying various kinds of activity, especially connected with communication
of any level: teacher with pupils, manager with clients, seller with buyers, doctor
with patients, boss with subordinates - and vise versa, more and more.
 
The term “stress at work” can be determined as a harmful physical and emotional reaction, appearing in
case, if requirements, made at work, don`t coincide with probabilities, abilities
and needs of workers. Such stresses bring significant harm to health: headache,
sleep and attention disorders, emotional instability, stomach disorder, dissatisfaction
with work, suppressed mood - here are clear signs of stress. What are dangers of stress for a future mother, excepting general psychological and physiological after-effects? The matter
is that during pregnancy situation worsens due to a future mom`s heightened emotional excitability, when her reaction to outward things becomes
keener.

Big quantity of hormones are thrown to blood, organism strives to protect itself
through energization of all reserves: cardiac rate increases, arterial pressure
rises, vascular and muscular tones are lowered, emotional tension appears. In
general, all resources of organism liven up. And when such urgent energization
turns into a steady way of living, a mother`s organism`s exhaustion takes place,
and, as a result, a fetus`s one too. But life is life: boss shouted at you, colleague
shifted off his work on you, client accused you wronglya
