We feel such happiness while meeting a new-born baby! His birth is the
most joyful and touching event in our life. Then weekdays come, when a tired
and exhausted mom thinks in confusion what her baby needs and how to calm him
down, and she absolutely forgets about herself. What about a baby? He has been
living with his mom for so long, feeling her with every cell of his body, it
was so pleasantly and freely for him to move in her belly. Now he`s lying in
his crib, swaddled and taken out only sometimes, to nurse or bathe him. And this
is so little!

 

 

For a baby

A newborn baby sees and hears badly, but he perceives a lot of things
with his small body. Unswaddle him, take in your arms and firstly just stroke,
feel how delicate, soft he is, with velvet skin. Several hours of such
communication per day, and you won`t fear of being unaware how to treat your
baby anymore. A newborn baby is surprisingly strong: he can hang, grasping at
your fingers, he can crawl and lean on his feet. But still with your help. So
help
him in this! You shouldn`t wait until your baby is 6 months old, to take his
hands and raise a little, and, may be, fly a little. And you can grasp your
baby`s legs and rock him slightly.

 
Take your baby under his arms and bend him to and fro, forward and back.
You can start such wonderful acquaintance with three-dimensional space, when
your baby is just 2-3 weeks.
 
Various exercises for development and strengthening
of joints and back, twist in different sections of backbone, active exercises
to strengthen prelum abdominale and muscles of baby`s back and neck will
help him to avoid many problems in future: club-foot, torticollis, curvature of the spine,
hyper or hypo muscular tone, weak bowels and others. Every parent can learn
doing most part of these exercises and exercise with his baby independently
since the very first weeks of his life.

 
Gymnastics, offered to babies under 1 year, undoubtedly, develops babies
physically and helps to decide many physiological problems of this age. But the
main thing, it is meant for full-value communication between parents and their
baby. You baby receives his first knowledge of outward things and physical laws
of nature through your loving hands, exercises bring positive emotional charge
to mom and dad and a baby.
 
Gymnastics gives you a great possibility to teach
your baby trust and love for people and the world.

 

 
For a mom

Mother should not devote all her spare time only to a baby. Moms,
remember, your whole family`s health and good mood depend on your emotional and
physical state. 
 
You need to devote at least several minutes per day to yourself. Massage
your face, head, ears, neck with your fingertips, turn your head in different
directions - and headache, tiredness and tension of past day will disappear. 
 
During pregnancy and childbirth every women suffers from deflection in sacrum
and lumbar spine, hip-bones, pubic articulation. A baby is born, and
changes, happened to a mother`s body, remain. Vertebras are still deflected,
and mother is already carrying her baby, pulls perambulator, stands, bending,
while bathing her baby. It`s no surprise, that most women after childbirth
start suffering from severe back pain, especially in the area of sacrum and waist. 
 
It`s also very important to pay attention to your breast after
childbirth.

 

 
Short complexes of exercises to relieve back pains, strengthen prelum abdominale
and muscles, supporting breast, will take little time. You shouldn`t find much
time for these exercises at once, you can do them several minutes during whole
day. And there`re wonderful exercises, which you can do with a baby in your
hands and even during breastfeeding! They will help you not to forget about
your own health, while taking care of a baby. Lying on back, bend your knees,
and seat a baby on your belly with his face towards you. His back and head
should lie on your hips calmly, and you will take his hands, putting your thumbs
in his palms. Now you can do a wonderful exercise to strengthen muscles of pelvic floor,
prelum abdominale and hips at the same time. Leaning on shoulders and feet
of bended legs, raise and lower pelvis. As long as you can. A baby, sitting on
your belly, creates an additional load on your muscles.

 

 
Holding your baby, you can pump your legs, work with cervical spine
and do many exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles, back, pelvic floor and
form waist. Don`t forget about it! Several minutes per day - and you will restore
completely and even improve your physical form several months after childbirth
