skill. Your child also senses negative emotions (uneasiness, failures…), if
he fails to switch over in time, then a “problem” can be fixed on physical
level, in the form of clamping down, raised shoulders, droop etc. In home
conditions simple exercises on straining and relaxing of different muscular
groups will be good, parents just should attach their fancy to make a child
interested. During a day change a kind of activity from active to calm, it`s
good to turn on classical music for children or sounds of nature during this
time. If you sit too long with your child somewhere, you need to do 5-10 bows
to the floor with straight legs, to give some rest to a back and improve blood
circulation, several head circular motions and jumps.
 
When a child goes to school, general load will kay on back (neck,
shoulders, arms), in connection with this, it`s useful to visit a
swimming-pool. Swimming will remove excess tension from spine, and at the same
time give muscles a charge of energy.
