For A? glass of milk - 1 table spoon of rice, 1 tea spoon of sugar and butter.

Sort out and wash rice, put into boiling water (1/2 glass) and boil
till half-readiness. Add part of milk and keep on boiling, until rice
is ready. Grate ready rice through sieve, dilute with rest of milk, add
salt, sugar and boil one more time, stirring up with a spoon. Season
boiled rice with butter before serving up.
